Art City Elementary had five Watch D.O.G.S come to the school today to spend time in their children's classrooms, wander the halls, help in the lunch-room and make sure students crossed the street safely.  Thank you for your service!

Art City's third grade classes had the opportunity to go to Thanksgiving Point to see the Butterfly Biosphere.  They saw the life cycle of a butterfly, which includes:  eggs, larvae, caterpillars, and butterflies.

Watch D.O.G.S. is back this year at Art City Elementary. Our PTA runs this nationally recognized program to engage and involve dads, uncles, grandparents, and father figures, as active members making a difference in the lives of our students. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of your child’s education in 4 significant ways.  Look in the Monday message for more information.  

Each year, BYU invites elementary schools to come to the Marriott Center to watch one of the BYU Women's Basketball games.  Art City Elementary school was one of many schools that had the opportunity to attend.  The students had a lot of fun.  Thank you BYU!!

Art City Elementary School’s student council had the opportunity to go to the NEBO School District Board Meeting on Wednesday November 10.  The student Council shared their school theme for the year, explained a little bit about what they do as a student council at Art City and how they work to create school unity.  They began their presentation by singing the national anthem while signing the words.  They also performed the Art City School Song in word and sign.  Teaching the younger students the school song in word and sign language is one of the ways these students he
