Nebo Partners with Red Cross to Provide a Disaster Shelter Live Tour and Preparedness Fair

A Disaster Shelter Live Tour & Preparedness Fair will be held on September 16, 2019, at the Nebo School District's Summit Center.  The Red Cross will be setting up a shelter and will provide a free meal for the first 400 attendees.  There will be preparedness classes which you can sign up for.  If you and your family are interested in seeing what a shelter looks like, you may want to attend this fair.    #DiscoverPowerWithin #nebohero #NeboSchoolDistrict #studentsuccess #empowerstudents #engagestudents #focusonstudents #loveUTpublicschools #utpol #uted #ThankATeacher #Lo

Get to Know You

Mrs. Makin‘s class had the opportunity to get to know each other this year by spending a few minutes with each other in their artifacts marketplace. An artifacts marketplace is a speedy show-and-tell, but just one student presents their artifact at a time. Everyone had a great time!

For Nebo Parents--Uplift Parenting Conference

The Uplift Parenting Conference is the initiative of First Lady of Utah Jeanette Herbert. Five presenters will be giving Tips Talks. Presenters include: David Osmond, Brad Barton, Jessie Funk, Collin Kartchner, and Clay Olsen. Topics range from resiliency, addiction recovery, social media, and anxiety. Meet the Art City Elementary School lunch ladies.  Alyc'e Johnson is our lunch supervisor and clerk.  Everyday she will greet you with a smile as you enter your lunch number.  Alyc'e is from American Fork, Utah and now lives in Mapleton, Utah.  She has four children and five grand children.  Her favorite thing to do is to go camping.

Janet Schramm is the lunch transport, which means she drives the van to pick up your breakfast and lunch every day.  Janet is from Salem, Utah and now lives in Springville.  She has two children.  Her favorite thing to do is travel with her family and her

The Art City PTA had sign ups and t-shirts ready to order at the Back to School Open House on Friday August 16.  There were a lot of happy faces excited for the new school year. Thank you Art City PTA for all you do for our school.
