The student council at Art City Elementary had the opportunity to go to Brigham Young University for a leadership conference. Kyleigh Richards and Megan Rawle from Art City Elementary School and Luke  Elder  from Brookside Elementary School received October’s Mayor Youth Recognition Award.  It was presented to them at the City Council meeting held on October 16, 2018.    Kyleigh, Luke and Megan were recognized for being hard working, kind to others and having positive attitudes in all they do.

Boo! Beware of the Ghosts and Goblins at Art City Elementary School. The Kindergarten classes performed their Halloween program for the school on Thursday October 25th and for parents on Friday October 26th. They sang scary songs and recited scary poems as they entertained moms, dads, grandpas, grandmas and siblings.
