Art City Soars for Red Ribbon Week

Submitted by julia.murray on Mon, 10/14/2019 - 08:45
Pattie Richards, founder for the Great Basin Wildlife Rescue brought some birds of prey to our Red Ribbon Assembly.  We learned about the golden eagle, two types of owls, the barn owl and the great horned owl, and the red tailed hawk.  We were able to see each of these types of birds.   Pattie also rescues bears, foxes and bobcats.  Her greatest joy is when she is able to release an animal back into the wild.  Image removed.
