Old McDonald had a farm e I e I e I o and on this farm we all said “Hee Haw”. The first grade from Art City Elementary School went to Hee Haw farms in Pleasant Grove on Tuesday, September 29th to see how plants grow. They looked at the parts of plants as they navigated a corn maze, walked past the giant sunflowers and picked a pumpkin. They also saw animals, jumped on the hay jump, went on a hay ride, played in the corn box and enjoyed a picnic.
Everyone came back dusty, thirsty and exhausted but all seemed to have a good time. We want to thank Hee Haw farms for letting us come and all the parents who helped.
