Art City Sixth Grade Students in Mrs. Shana Huffaker and Mrs. Natalie Larsen's classes performed A Christmas Carol for Mrs. Alisa Morgan’s kindergarten class and Mrs. Ashley Stoddard's 1st grade class on December 20, 2011. This play, set in the 1800’s, is about a man named Ebenezer Scrooge who calls Christmas a humbug. Christmas Eve night he is visited by his dead partner, Jacob Marley, and three ghosts. In the end Scrooge becomes a heartwarming citizen for the rest of his life. Mrs. Huffaker’s and Mrs. Larsen's classes really enjoyed acting and performing for others.
